  • My 2009 HHR SS has a manual transmission. While driving I lost third and fourth gear. It turned out the roller pin backed out and dropped the fork so it was not in a position to engage either of these gears. Both the Service Writer and the Transmission tech were friendly and very helpful. The Technician did his best to make the repairs as quickly as possible, while maintaining quality.
